- Outpatient brain injury, Spasticity and Dystonia, Headaches, SCI, Musculoskeletal.
- Provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Program development, quality assurance, community outreach, & train and educate staff
- Perform injections for dystonia and spasticity relief, including Botulinum toxin, phenol chemodenervation, and baclofen pump refills, programming and troubleshooting.
- Prescribe medications and therapies.
- Collaborate with area neurologists, neurosurgeons, primary care doctors, occupational medicine doctors, case managers, ERs, and urgent care centers.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range: $300,000 - $350,000
- Additional incentive potential of up to $100,000 per year
