Rehabilitation Therapist

Seeking a compassionate, evidence-based Rehabilitation Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC) to join our interdisciplinary team. We specialize in supporting individuals recovering from mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI), stroke, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, chronic migraine, and other complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy utilizing ACT, CBT, CPT, PE, and Motivational Interviewing frameworks

• Conduct clinical intakes for new therapy clients as needed

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including physical, occupational, and speech therapists

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 30–35 sessions per week

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMHC license

• Interest or experience working with rehabilitation populations (mTBI, chronic pain, insomnia, medical recovery)

• Comfort with evidence-based therapies and interdisciplinary teamwork

• Willingness to learn ACT, CBT-I, or other rehabilitation-focused modalities if not already trained

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $75,000–$85,000 annually (W-2 full-time)
