Bio

Earon Forgnone, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals through significant emotional and medical challenges. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Roberts Wesleyan College and completed a post-master’s certificate in Palliative and End-of-Life Care from New York University, strengthening her expertise in complex medical and psychosocial care. She is certified in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Her integrative, evidence-based approach allows her to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs while fostering resilience, emotional insight, and meaningful personal growth. Earon has extensive experience working with individuals who have complex medical needs, helping clients manage the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral challenges that often accompany chronic or serious health conditions. She frequently supports individuals coping with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, sleep difficulties, and health-related stress, offering practical tools that promote both emotional well-being and improved daily functioning. A central focus of her work is the mind-body connection—the understanding that emotional health, physical health, and life experiences are deeply intertwined. She helps clients recognize how stress, illness, and daily habits shape both mental and physical functioning, and uses research-supported strategies to reduce physiological stress, improve sleep, regulate emotions, and enhance overall quality of life. Her goal is to empower individuals to understand their bodies more fully, respond more effectively to distress, and build sustainable pathways to long-term wellness. At home, she enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors with her husband, their two boys, and their dog, Edward.
