Bio

Rachel graduated from Rowan University in 2012 with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science. She continued her studies at St. Catherine University to complete her degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Rachel has been a therapist for 7 years working in various settings treating patients with different diagnoses including strokes (CVA), spinal cord injuries (SCI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Parkinson’s, Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS), and multiple sclerosis (MS) as well as other neurological and orthopedic conditions. Rachel was previously a director of rehabilitation services where she led an interdisciplinary team consisting of PT/OT and SLP in a skilled nursing and assisted living facility. Rachel is currently working to complete her Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) certification as well as continuing to study new approaches in vision and vestibular therapies. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, going to orange theory fitness, and spending weekends at the beach. Rachel is excited to join the amazing team at Delaware NeuroRehab and help patients achieve their goals!
