Dr. Sarah Henry is a clinical neuropsychologist at our outpatient neurorehabilitation clinic. She brings over a decade of specialized experience in neuropsychological assessment, psychological therapy, and brain-behavior rehabilitation. Dr. Henry is passionate about helping individuals who are navigating brain injury, chronic medical conditions, cognitive challenges, and emotional health concerns regain a sense of purpose, connection, and resilience.
In addition to her expertise in comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, Dr. Henry provides evidence-based therapy for depression, anxiety, executive functioning difficulties, trauma recovery, and chronic pain. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and the Unified Protocol for emotional disorders. She is dedicated to offering compassionate, affirming care that empowers patients to achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Henry is committed to advancing rehabilitation outcomes through staff training, program development, and multidisciplinary collaboration. She values creating an environment where every patient is supported as a whole person – cognitively, emotionally, and socially – throughout the rehabilitation journey.
